When I became a parent, my life changed forever. My prorities changed, my beliefs grew stronger and I knew it wasn’t just about “me” anymore. I started blazing my own non- conventional path to parenthood.
I now have three beauitful children, an amazingly supportive husband and an unusual sense of peace that my life is exactly as it should be (the good and bad).
I spend my days working with one of my greatest passions… helping children find the peace within themselves using mindfulness techniques such as meditation. Seeing the joy and creativity that come out of these little beings, is the reason why I wake up every morning.
I have talked to hundreds of parents and created a program in response to what they want. It took years of research, experience and kid-tested approval but the time has come for me to share all that I have learned with you.

It wasn’t that long ago I could barely get a decent night’s sleep. All I could think about was my son and how anixious he was inside, how lonely he must be feeling.
When he started school I noticed a drastic turn for the worse in his self esteen and energy level. As a mental health professional I knew the warning signs but, no matter what we did, we still weren’t seeing results we wanted. I felt as though no one was taking me seriously. No one was really listening to or supporting me.
So I spent thousands of dollars educating myself, searching high and low and trying everything conventional wisdom “told” me to do.
I always had this ache inside of me that something needed to be done, that there was an answer but it was time to look other places. Scared as hell, I realized I knew what needed to be done. It was time for me to take charge and find something that wold work.
I jumped outside of everything I was ever taught, kept an open mind and learned something new.
I’d never practiced any form of meditation myself. I’d heard of it but wasn’t sure how it would help my son’s focus and self esteem.
So what did I do? I got educated, I did the research and within a short time I noticed changes in my son’s behaviour. I noticed less aggressive and reactive behaviour. He was expressing himself more, and over time with practice and family lifestyle changes, it got easier.
Other parents started asking me what I was doing so I started groups and workshops and over time developed a system that is working for other families as well.
